Professional Galaxy is looking for a process developer with 3–7 years of relevant experience who wants to work on developing and improving production processes within a business unit. The role, referred to as Co-Driver, involves close collaboration with the business and a clear focus on process development, quality, and continuous improvements.

You will serve as an important contact point between the business unit and central process and method networks and contribute to driving improvement work within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the business unit in relevant process and method networks

  • Create and maintain an internal network of stakeholders

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategy and action plans within the process and method area

  • In dialogue with the responsible Driver, define and follow up on annual improvement efforts

  • Ensure that processes and local additions meet the needs of the business

  • Receive improvement suggestions from the business and translate them into practical improvements

  • Provide guidance on applicable processes, methods, and working practices

  • Plan and conduct training on processes, methods, and IS/IT tools

  • Communicate important changes in the local business

  • Ensure that local instructions and additions are kept up to date

  • Perform and analyze performance measurements

  • Drive local improvement and implementation projects

  • Collaborate with and support line managers in their work with continuous improvements

Who are you

You are structured, communicative, and have a strong interest in process development. You thrive in a role with many contact points and have the ability to translate the business's needs into concrete improvements. You work independently, are solution-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate with others.
